A buyer opened up a case two days ago, about them not approving the transaction. That they "didn't approve on sending me money" A month ago, they purchased two digital drawings. Which resulted in 29$ They paid me and I completed the artwork. So business was completed. But two days ago they opened up a case, I tried to reply to it by giving proof that they purchased it, but by accident I hit submit; and all it sent was a useless screenshot I provided. Now I am unable to edit my reply; which will cause me to loose the case.. And when I try to open a case myself on the situation, it wont let me. I know it's not much money, but It's getting me really down and nervous. I'm afraid this might happen again in the future.. Is there still something I can do to get my money back?? This is really unfair.
