Hi,
I am deeply sorry to see how PayPal would side with a company who has publicly stolen money from its consumers and when I do reach out to PayPal and speak to a representative I have to explain my situation 15+ times. I am not sure if your employees understand the English language or they’ve chosen to day dream while on the phone. PayPal has changed drastically since its founding and I for one will not participate with any transactions. Venmo has become more reliable than your product and I hope this messages reaches an individuals who understands my and hundreds of others frustration.
