I'm trying to get a payment from an American friend of mine. He tried to pay me and it got rejected, saying my account was "inactive." My account is very much active. I'm on it... right now. I've tried to call customer service, and each time I try, the call drops. I have called at least ten times. Every time I try to email customer service, I get an error message saying that the message could not be sent. I have reconfirmed the email that I use for this account. I am going absolutely insane. Please help. I just want to get my money.
