I would like to understand, after being a LOYAL PayPal merchant for 10 years, how you can deny and take money out of my account when the client is clearly wrong and did receive the merchandise.
I have sent you the CONTRACT that the client agreed to for ALL SALES FINAL and also that the client had the opportunity to choose a different product but did not. The product was delivered via EMAIL and you closed the dispute with me emailing and uploading the proof of delivery and then say that I did not provide proof.
Now, you say I can APPEAL but there is no spot in the interface where to upload the documents.
I am very upset with you PayPal. This client is running a scam and you find in their favor? I guess you do not value my business for all these years.
