I am having a slight dilemma and was hoping that the community would be able to provide me with insight on how I should proceed. On May 9th I filed a dispute with a company that had failed to ship my items (the order having been placed on April 8th). I had been in contact with their customer service several times throughout the month, with them responding rather promptly to my emails. However, becoming impatient, I demanded either an ETA on my shipment or a reimbursement, to which I was entirely ignored; it was than that I filed my dispute. On May 13th, I escalated it to a claim, seeing as, at this point, I just wanted my money back and I was feeling scammed. The seller has yet to respond to the claim, and they have until May 23rd to do so, which is fine; the quicker this is over... the better. However, on May 18th, I received an email claiming that my items had finally shipped (however, there was no tracking number). Their FAQ states that while international shipping does not have tracking, the package would still be trackable while in the USA (as of Friday, it would have still been in the USA). So here's my dilemma: I clearly cannot close the claim seeing as I am not sure if this package will ever truly arrive... but clearly they are not going to respond to this claim. What should I do? (sorry for this being so long lol)
