I have always been able to access my account... I login and it tries to send my verification code. it connects to my bank and shows my new bank account number.. when I tick the checkbox, it says please send the code we are sending to you at ****** ****. the number it provides and tells me they are sending the code to is not mine..... Please reread this before you respond. I know the procedure... it doesnt work ((it sends the code to a number that isnt mine)). I have done this so many times that i have added my problem to cut and paste so i dont have to keep typing over and over. I could send a screen capture but no one will give me a place to send it to.
