I have supplied a customer with an engine and transmission from the uk to the usa. this is a package I have supplied to several customers over recent years and had no problems. we quote for shipping upto arrival as it is down the the buyer to organise payment to customs. anyway the customer failed to pay fees in time and received storage fees with the warehouse. at this point he opened a case claiming his money back.paypal closed this case in my favour as I provided evidence of all postage from the uk to the customers door. a few weeks later the customer has managed to re open the case saying the item is not as described. this is not true the item is exactly as described and I believe this has been the customers motive from the beginning. paypal are not giving me an option to submit more evidence I have a video of the goods and engine and serial numbers as they where loaded on the pallet ready for collection. I also have an email from me to the buyers asking if they would like insurance for the good to which they replied they did not. where do I stand as it is getting rather annoying having funds held on my account.
