Is NVP transaction visible in REST API?

Hello Everyone!   We are currently using PayPal NVP API, but client wants to support shipping tracking functionality which looks like available only in REST now. I did couple of tests and it looks like transactions from NVP are not visible in REST API, is it correct, or there is some documentation that I can check? Thanks in advnace ... View more
