Wonder if somebody may be able to offer some assistance.
I have asked PayPal on nine (yes, nine) different occasions to escalate my complaint, or provide me details of their complaints procedure. They're ignoring my request and just sending me a lot of information that isn't really relevant.
Does anyone know how to escalate my complaint, without having to use the message centre?
Also, does anyone know who I need to complain to about PayPal and their actions using my financial information? Like an ombudsman, or a regulator?
