Hi. Does anybody know how to file a complaint against PayPal? I had initiated a case through PayPal against a merchant for never receiving my items and literally, within like a couple hours, PayPal sided with the merchant. Therefore, I initiated a chargeback with my credit card company and was lucky and got the money I paid for with the credit card back. However, I also used some of my PayPal balance for the purchase, and have asked PayPal multiple times for a refund for that amount, and PayPal keeps giving me excuses about how that is the credit card's company's responsibility or that because of the chargeback they are unable to do so. Like how does that make sense. We as the consumer trust PayPal with out money and it always makes this show about how it is all about protecting the consumer, but really it isn't. Seriously, like how can you be so two-faced. They literally have allowed the merchant to keep my money and are not willing to contact the merchant for the refund despite my chargeback having been decided in my favor. I am seriously so close to just shutting down my PayPal account.
