I'd taken more than appropriate measures with Papal customer service (including calling multiple times, to multiple service reps.) I had always been connected to a live-person tech support, but was always given the run-around. I unfortunately had to end up filing multiple agency reports (Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, General Attorneys Office, and the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations.) Of course, my issue still hasn't been resolved, and they seemed 'compassionate' about resolving the issue as soon as possible after I had filed with the different agencies. But after all the times I had tried prior with their customer service to settle the issue, it didn't happen..figure that. I'm not too concerned.It really is the last transaction I'll ever do with paypal Inc. Good luck to anyone else who get's shiested by these guys!
