I can try to reset the password of any other email address and it will go all the way through allowing me to click next. But for two emails I use that share the same account it keeps giving me the error; "sorry something went wrong on our end". I've already tried using a different browser and including using my phone to reset it. I called customer service but you can't speak to a human being reguarding passwords. It just has the robot tell you to click "forgot my password" Which I did but it won't let me go any further. Thanks for anyones help I really need to access this account.
