I sold a customer 2 big packages. Motorcycle wheels, plastics, radiators. 2 big boxes weighing around 60 pounds. He got them and "claimed the radiators were bent" I thought he was just being picky but then he filed a dispute for $700 which was half of the amount sold of $1400. The radiator portion was less then $250. So under the dispute, paypal thought it best for the customer to return ALL of the merchandise and the amount under dispute was increased to the entire amount of $1400. Also, as soon as the customer filed the dispute he quit responded to text messages or emails. So a few days later I get a package in the mail with the radiators only which are only worth $225 out of the $1400. I call paypal and nobody is there due to the virus outbreak. The dispute hasn't closed yet. Trying to head it off before it does. Typically paypal sides with the buyer I know from prior experience, but this one is big enough and obvious enough(to me) that I can't just watch it happen. Thanks for any help or ideas. matt
