Have you been UNFAIRLY treated by PayPal when it comes to dispute with the Buyer? I am a virtual service seller. I sell Virtual Assistant services to clients online and just recently a buyer filed a dispute on me and PayPal have resolved the case in just 28 minutes. Yes! you read it right, the case was resolved and I already received an email resolution stating that they have thoroughly check on evidence and it was in favor of the buyer in LESS THAN 28 MINUTES. For the record, they did NOT give me a chance to hear what I have. in case you want to know what I have as evidence, I have sent a PayPal invoice to the buyer that has a TERMS and CONDITIONS stating that upon payment, the buyer agrees that payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. And YES, the word, NON-REFUNDABLE, is in ALL CAPS and buyer was informed beforehand. See attached pic of invoice:
However, PayPal still insists that they have decided it accordingly and fairly. Is it fair? Please let me know your thoughts.
