Hi all, I am facing with one more time with the paypal bot. I ordered a mobile phone from ebay. The seller send the item with a wrong address so it is returned back to him. I do not know why he asked over 2 - 3 times which is my address, which is the number of house etc even when the item was returned back to him. He still avoiding to refund. I open a claim on paypal but paypal decide not to get a refund !!!!!! Warn shipment status is: Returned . Then after this big fail of paypal bot i tryed to communicate with paypal. Calling them to eu sumber but i am recieving a message that I have to get help from payplal help online etc... Ebay money back guarantee is not working also.. trying to open a case but i am not able to do it! I am always reviving the following message: "Unfortunately, we're unable to open a case for this item because of a possible payment issue. " In the end, seller got the item back never refund me and me I am not able to communicate with paypal and ebay support.
