Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code. When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent OR just say the word 'Agent'". Don't know what pages you are able to look at, but NONE of mine have "Contact/Help" at the bottom, only "Help Contact" and "Security". The only thing I get with the Help or the Contact button is the automated system which does not have my question, much less an answer. I found a 855 number on here that seemed really flaky. When the person answered he did not sound the least little bit professional and I could barely understand his accent and the phone connection was breaking up like it was a cell phone or something. This guy (who sounded like he was in a basement, wanted me to give him access to my computer, hell I won't give Microsoft access to my computer. If that is the only support that PayPal can offer, I will solve the problem myself and close the 10 year old account. Thanks anyway.
