Hi I ordered an item from a seller that send me a fake brand the seller is not responding to my messages (this may be because I am asking for a refund and they do not want to give me my money back). I opened a case through the resolution centre and as I am new to PayPal, I accidentally clicked "Close Dispute" when I was trying to add more information to it. Now I cannot open another case against the seller. What's going on?! I want my money back!!!
