I have a customer who escalated a dispute to a claim a couple of minuets after its creation (thus not giving me a chance to communicate). They have claimed all the items in the parcel are damaged (very unlikely, parcel signed for as received in good condition). I want to ask them to send a photo of the damage so i can claim against the shipper but i cant see how i can send a message to them via PayPal. They are ignoring all email correspondence. What should i do to make sure PayPal doesn't refund the customer without any proof of damage? Thanks
