I am working as a Virtual Assistant for a US person and was asked to make my PayPal account as a primary tool for payments, so I agreed. After several payments his clients who sent payments to my PayPal are requesting for a refund and it all held my money. Right now I don't have proof to redo those refund request since the guy from US is not responding to me at all. Please help or how can I explain this to PayPal for me to get my money back. And hope the guy from US will answer for all of this. Thank you!
