I have used my Smart Connect credit card many times in the past and the payment to the recipient is immediate. I tried to pay for something today(well under the amount of my credit line) and it showed the payment was "declined". I tried again and it said declined again. I went onto my Smart Connect account(Synchrony Bank) and it shows not one, but TWO transactions that were processed and are in pending status. The recipient has yet to receive any funds and it appears I'm stuck in a weird limbo for 48-72 hours. Anyone had to deal with this in the past? Seller already stated if he receives two payments he will refund me one. Thank you!
