@universus I'm going through the exact same issue right now, received a payment in US dollars, but both UK pound and US dollar PayPal balances show nothing, payment is marked as completed and have not purchased anything recently. I contacted PayPal and they confirmed while the payment is complete, there seems to be an issue with it reflecting on my account. They have stated that they will get back to me within 72 hours with an update, with the 72 hours ending later tomorrow, and their technical team is looking into it. It may be worth getting into touch with PayPal's customer service incase, I did so with the email option
