Hello everyone! I just payed for an alternative internet service on April 4th. It was supposed to be installed next day, and was until next week (after severous calls) arount April 10th I got it installed. Service hasn't been the one I got promised, it just keeps dropping, doesn't works, always offline, etc. I talked with the person that sold me the service, and he just evaded me and told me that he will fix all the problems 'soon'. I guess I've waited enough, so I wonder if in a case like this I could get my money back. Thanks for reading!
