I sold an LV shoe on eBay and the buyer is claiming he did not get the shoe and was confiscated by Germany border control. However, when I look up USPS online it shows the shoe was never held by custom, it passed custom quickly and delivered to the buyer the next day. I then check Germany's postal record which then directed me to the DHL website which handles their local delivery and it also shows the shoe was delivered to the buyer with no custom interruption. My understanding is if custom was to hold the package for whatever reason, the tracking status would show it is being held as well and the shipper or receiver would be alert to contact them. This dispute was open on March 15 and I immediately share proof of delivery and tracking with Paypal on the same date. I also sent a note to Paypal that explaining that the shipping label was also purchased through eBay and paid using Paypal to the buyer's confirmed delivery address. About 1 month past and Paypal tells me that I lost the case because I cannot prove I ship the item to the buyer? (Pulling my hair out) I call customer support and the service rep agrees with me that it does show the item was delivered and it does show created the label via eBay and paid using Paypal to the confirmed address, so she "Appeal" to the case. I then submitted, a copy of the shipping label and found the Paypal transaction and submitted this information which they should have access to already to them. And now today, I get another alert telling me to submit proof of delivery??? Hello Paypal, where is wrong with you? I am very confused and frustrated at this point.
