After combing over the log files that I store for every single IPN notification sent to our IPN endpoint script AND looking over the history at the IPN section of the paypal site, I am convinced that payment failures related to echecks are not being sent to me via IPN despite the docs saying they are.. for example, I get an email regarding a failed eCheck payment... nowhere in the log files mentioned above or in the IPN history can I find any mention of: a) the sender names b) the transacition iD c) or the sender's email What am I missing? Why is this type of a transaction not coming across as an IPN post?
