I bought a TV last week and was given the option to pay by PayPal credit.
All went through correctly with no indication there was a problem, then on Monday morning I check my current account and the full amount has been debited in cash. After calling and negotiating the extend telephone system (obz designed to put you off) I was told nothing could be done it was a system thing. All I could do was return the TV and get a credit.
This is very poor service and shambolic service from Pay Pal, oh and to add injury response time on complaints in 3 weeks.
