Hi all, I'm trying to get a refund on an item I ordered online, paid with my PayPal account. To say the item was not as described is an understatement, and I'm trying to get a full refund including delivery. The store's website states that if the wrong item is received then they will refund everything (it clearly happens a lot), but I had no luck chasing the seller privately so had to resort to the resolution centre. The seller first offered a £15 refund which I declined, I want all my money back. They are now offering a full refund on the condition that I return the item. Their website states that if an item is less than £70 they will not request a return, and I am not willing to return the item, not because I'm going to use it but because the postage to return will cost me more than the item itself! Yup, you've guessed it, they're based in China! I want to refuse this offer as I did the partial refund, but there is no option within the resolution centre that will let me do this. The case will be closed on the 17th if I do nothing. I've tried to message PayPal, but the service is currently down. Can anyone advise me on how this can be resolved? Thanks in advance for your replies!
