I paid for a class via PayPal, sent to the teachers email as per her instruction. The teacher contacted me the day before and asked if I was signing up, I said yes and sent payment (evening time). Class is supposed to be the next day... she has now 'postponed' the class and taken full payment. With this alteration of agreement, the class no longer works for me and she is refusing to refund payment. I have tried dealing with this via text but no good. Is there anything PayPal will do? The only thing that comes up when I go to raise a dispute is unauthorised activity...
