Hi there, I was wondering if you guys could help me with my current issue. I placed an order with the Argos Retailer. I ordered a PC using their website ordering service, completed everything they needed to make the order and chose PayPal as the payment method. The order page told me everything was done and the order had "been sent for confirmation". However i never recieved a receipt or confirmation and after arguing with customer services who werent much help, they declared that my order didnt exist and therefore told me to expect a refund from PayPal within 5-7 days. However after checking my PayPal account, it says the payment was authorised but pending waiting on Argos filling out an order they say doesnt exist. What do i do? am i gonna get a refund within a week, or will i have to wait 30 days for PayPal to return the money to my account? There is no option to cancel the payment so i cannot cancel it myself.
