Has anyone had/heard of this problem? I had a manager from Synchrony Bank on conference call to PayPal's various and sundry departments trying to fix my denied access. She'd had others with this same problem and a Paypal manager fixed it with a push of a button, we just don't know which dep't the manager was in. The accounts are linked, we know that, but I cannot access my account online to see statements, make a payment, etc. After 6 months, 2 different cards, and over 18 hours on the phone (kept a log) I've about had it. I'd drop the card but I've got over 26000 reward points I'd like to redeem, but you have to do it online.
