Hi, I recently bought a fairly expensive (£565) item using Paypal. It was described as new but arrived in terrible condition, it looked heavily used and more importantly it wasn’t able to do the job it was required for. I started a dispute on Paypal who asked me to return the item for a refund. When I bought the item the seller said they were based in Germany and the item itself was shipped from Belgium. The return address the seller gave Paypal was in China! Regardless I still shipped the item back at my expense. As this item is expensive I have been checking the tracking several times a day, the return had made it to China but this morning I woke up and was horrified when I saw the latest update: ‘Return to sender in the UK - incorrect address’ I posted the item to the address the seller gave me, exactly as it appeared in the Paypal dispute. I’ve kept all the documentation / receipts. Can someone please advise me on how to proceed? Claim no: PP-006-733-112-258
