I am having issues getting to where I need to escalate a dispute to a claim. The instructions state that I should click on "View" but when I do that, I get an error message that says I have been redirected somewhere. This happens on my phone as well as the computer. I need to know how to get this escalated before my 20 days are up. The status of my dispute says that it is needing information from the seller but she does not answer. She did not answer me except for the first time and she has not responded since.
