I just found out after months of transferring different amounts to my Canadian bank account, that there is a limit, even though I have never had problem before.. Three phone calls later, t 3 different agents, being told 3 different things, and then being told the limit is due to Canadian bank, which it is not, as I contacted my bank to find out. Now Again, I have to wait 24 to 48 hrs, to try and transfer again, and wait that long for a response from a different paypal team, and if this is not resolved, I get to phone again. I am so ticked off. Anyone other personal account users have this issue..
