I have had it with PayPal and the AWFUL customer service. I used my personal account to conduct business transactions (I sell wholesale items to boutiques). I just recently switched to a business account and I've had NOTHING but issues since switching. First, they "withheld" my funds and I finally got that cleared up. I made my first transfer from my computer yesterday morning to my bank account since transferring it to my debit card wasn't an option (even though it was an option on the computer for my personal account). It's been over 24 hours and I've yet to see the first withdraw. Today, I did a second transfer on the app which allowed me to send it to my debit card just to get a "your transfer is under review, this may take up to 24 hours" blah blah blah. I call PayPal and speak with Faith who was EXTREMELY rude, unhelpful and hung up on me! My question was simply how is PayPal getting their transactions fees and instant transfer charge immediately, but I have yet to see a dime of MY money!!! Has anyone else has this issue??? I am going to start looking into other options if this is going to be the case with PayPal every time I need to transfer MY money into MY account for MY work.
