I have been trying to resolve an issue where PayPal deducted a fee for friend/family who was reimbursing me for something I purchased for them. They have shown me that they linked directly to their bank account via an image, so it wasn't that they paid with credit. I have written messages, called (waiting for 60 minutes, and 2 hours), and have received absolutely no assistance. I have completed a feedback questionnaire also. This is my second time having an issue with PayPal and it is to the point where I think I need to switch to Apple Pay or one of the other options available that might be less hassle and better customer service. Any suggestions?
