I ordered a yellow anti-barking device from Boulevard92, on February 10, 2018. I have not received the product. I sent e-mails to the company on March 8, and on March 18, width no response. I called the listed 800 number on March 16, and on April2. Both times I was requested to leave a message, which I did with the description, the amount with shipping, and the order number. I also left the tracking number given to me by Boulevard92, showing it leaving China in February. Still no response. I do not know how to cancel my order and get a refund. Please advise.
