I recently received rent money from a friend of mine, (a first-time PayPal user). In trying to walk her through the process of sending money over the phone, she mistakenly sent it to me as a merchant instead of friends/family. At first I didn't think this would be problematic, but it's approaching a week now of not being able to access the money, and having to wait the full 21 days would be catastrophic. Is there any way to resolve this?
