I got a dispute #PP-006-788-611-765. Before I got it, I filled a tracking number for Transaction ID: 0WC545817H173162T The buyer paid on 1 April 2018. We ship it on 4 April 2018. So it takes time for tracking information for updating. I do a response and choose a radio button for "I can provide compelling evidence (ex., Tracking information for delivered goods)" And then I click Continue button. So I see this page: I don't fill anything on this page. And after I click Submit Tracking Info button, I got error like this below: I need a help because I need to response this dispute before 10 days later. Thank you
