I recently opened a dispute with a seller, and sent them a message explaining what my issue was with what has been done. I don't appear to have received any reply or any kind of response to this escalation that I can see. But last night they responded to an older message I had sent them out side of PayPal saying they have responded to my dispute on here, but there is still no message or anything been done as far as I can tell. On the resolution centre there is a tab marked messages from seller which has a 1 in blue in brackets which I assume means there is a message, but I have no idea how to find it if there is. As clicking on the tab just brings up my open dispute, and when I view that the only message sent is the initial one I sent him?
