Hi everyboby, a buyer claimed that the item was never received, but I tracked it and it was delivered. I provided this information to paypal, but they decided to refund the buyer. When I tried to find the case, I first could not find it in the resolution center. Finally, when I found it and wanted to appeal the decision. It asked me for tracking information, but it was already provided. When I wanted to re-enter it and submit, it said "no tracking information provided", even it the tracking number and the delivery company were written inside the form. Thanks for your help.
