I had a buyer report to PP that the transaction was unauthorized. An investigation ensued and PP kept the money from the order AND charged me $20 for a CHARGEBACK! I filled the order and shipped it with tracking but PP says that since the buyer REFUSED DELIVERY that Seller Protection does not apply! Now, how is any of this MY fault? I did what I was supposed to do. How is it MY fault that the shipment was refused? How is MY fault that the transaction was unauthorized? How is it MY responsibility to pay for a chargeback? The item was covered under Seller Protection but since it was refused, it's ineligible? How is that protecting a seller? I am beyond angry! I did NOTHING wrong and yet I'm out almost $34.00. If this isn't rectified, I will close my account and never return to PP for anything!
