I'm a fairly new Paypal member. Why does it take 24 hrs to get a response by email? That is ridiculous- there should be immediate customer service. Calling is a complete waste of time. I have had terrible service on 2 attempts to discuss my account with apparently outsourced customer service to the Philippines?? I have wasted 3 1/2 hours of my valuable time trying to explain what I need to idiots who keeps talking around in circles. Now I just tried to submit a customer service review and the site would not 'submit' my review. I'm ready to pull my hair out. If I can find a quality, more responsive service I will get out of PayPal in a heartbeat. I am sure the customer service metrics (if there are any) for this company are very poor. I will never recommend Paypal. Any comments or suggestions how to do workarounds would be appreciated. Thank you.
