Paypal have decided in my favour for a dispute I had with a company that sent me faulty items. They have asked me to return the items and provide tracking information for this. My problems are - the address that they have asked me to return the goods to doesn't exist as its missing information - also the cost of sending the item back to Hong Kong from England is probably going to cost me more than the item was originally worth - so i'll be out of pocket twice! I cant seem to find anyone to speak to about it.
