So I opened a dispute Paypal said I was entilted to a refund and told me to return the products and provide proof in form of a tracking a number. I didn't get it done in time due to work commitments and the case was closed. I messaged them and was finally able to lodge an appeal. I was told to return the items and provide tracking, which I done. Now after making me return the items they are still refusing to issue a refund. Trying to communicate with them through there message centre is virtually impossible as its is obvious they don't read the messages and just do automated copy and paste replies. I have asked countless times where do i lodge a complaint to a higher level and my requests have been ignored. Does anyone know where and how I can lodge a complaint about the service I have received and hopefully receive my refund
