Hello! I have a negative balance on my PayPal account. I've tried to send the money to my PP account to resolve it, but something doesn't seem to work... When I click "Add money with iDeal" it will redirect me back to the main PP website and when I try to simply make a regular transfer from my bank account there is no "Transfer ID" given and it clearly says "It is also essential that you copy the Transfer ID in the Notes or Memo section on your bank transfer form, so that the money can be transferred successfully". How can i resolve it?
