For the past week, I've been dealing with PayPal after getting scammed for $40 in a chargeback for a virtual item. The buyer has blocked me on all communications and deleted all of our messages. To top it off the, illiterate people working the claims department want me to send a VIRTUAL ITEM to a FAKE address associated with the account if I want my money.
It's been hell dealing with PayPal, I call get put on hold. Then I get put on ANOTHER hold to get into contact with the claims department, just so they can hang up on me and never call me back.
PayPal isn't supporting me as a seller, and is making crazy claims. If this is truly how PayPal protects their sellers I'm going to move to another platform.
