I've recently been dragged through a Resolution case where a shipment I sent arrived partially damaged (one of the 2 pieces ruined). The buyer has been very poor at communication despite me trying to resolve the situation via email and Facebook Messenger (how the buyer arranged the original purchase). I agreed the item was damaged and offered to partially refund the buyer but now PayPal informs me the buyer has arranged to send something back (from the USA, back to the UK) and once it arrives a full refund will be issued. I don't feel I should have to refund the entire amount and am worried PayPal will automatically do so. Am I being paranoid? I feel like the entire process is out of my hands and my account funds are being held for no reason.
