I purchased an item from an online company, paid via PayPal, on 10th January. I was informed the merchandise would be delivered within 4/6 weeks upon ordering. It has been nearly 9 weeks and I have sent around 7 emails and direct messages them directly on Instagram - despite being told not to by the company themselves. They have no responded and I would like my money back as other customers I have spoken to have been given this option after numerous emails sent. The only problem is, is that I wasn’t signed in my paypal account when I ordered and as such ordered as a guest. I have the reference number etc but there is nowhere for help on the PayPal website. Please help.
