My seller account on sand box has numerous queued notifications. I had a bug that caused failures but it has been 23 hours since I could send a new one. I am able to resend notifications which now succeed. But I am not able to initiate new ones. I have seen multiple questions regarding other people having the same problem as recently as Jan 2018 and am hoping there is a resolution available now. I had previously asked this question in another community and it was suggested I asked in this one.
