Thank you very much. I told her the information I learned from you and she refunded my money at 12:04 a.m. that automatically closed my escalation case apparently. She had claimed that she had a tracking number and it proved that it was sent/delivered but would never give me the tracking number so I could try to help her get her money returned. In the end she said that I got my money and I should be happy, so I agreed with her.
