I'm selling digital files which are sent via email and often I have buyers who open disputes because they say they didn't get an email. After a bit of back and forth explaining to them to check their spam folder, or I try resending the email with the download link, they finally get it and then forgot to close the dispute. I've lost hundreds of dollars like this and when I try to add notes to PayPal dispute the only option is "add tracking number" as proof that I have sent the items. This is ridiculous especially when I have written evidence that the buyer has actually received the items and they forget to close the resolution. Paypal is acting much too heavy on buyer protection and not seller protection. At least add some ability to provide proof that might not be a tracking number.
